These terms govern your use of Needly. Needly is a local service marketplace currently launching in the San Antonio area. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED before treating this page as attorney-approved.

Marketplace role

Needly helps customers describe work and receive responses from businesses that choose to respond. Needly is not a party to the customer–business service contract, does not perform the work, and does not guarantee workmanship, licensing, pricing, or availability. Businesses provide their own pricing and availability.

No guarantees

Needly does not guarantee prices, savings, service quality, licensing, availability, response, or that a business will accept a job. Information supplied by businesses is their own. Needly does not diagnose problems or perform the work.

Accounts and roles

You may create a customer or business account where authentication is enabled. Admin access is not available through public signup. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse forms, scrape the site, submit unlawful content, or attempt to access other users’ private contact or address data.

Pilot and founding businesses

Founding business participation is free during the pilot. That is not a commitment to future pricing, lead volume, or placement. Applying does not create a public listing.

Paid Pro features

Business Pro is optional software. It does not improve matching rank, bypass filters, or imply verification. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period when cancel-at-period-end is set. Chosen Connection fees are not active.

Account suspension

Needly may suspend a user or business for abuse, fraud, or acceptable-use violations. Suspension blocks new marketplace activity and preserves records.

Limitation

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Needly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this pre-launch website.
